L1 Media Kit - Si, 1000L
Description
This enriched seawater medium is based upon the f/2 medium recipe (Guillard and Ryther 1962) with additional trace metals, but without Silicate. It is a good general-purpose marine medium for growing non-diatom coastal algae and ocean phytoplankton. The kit components are enough to make 1000L of L1-Si growth medium.
