Phenotypic Trait Data

As part of NCMA's efforts and procedures to support curation of living strains, we are working to curate access to associated data of different forms. On this page you will find links to phenotypic data that reside in data repositories and/or published data 'journals' (e.g., Scientific Data) as well as local data files you can download directly. Please keep reading below to submit and/or access data. We are working hard to generate and compile the data that will be found on this page, but if you find any problems with the data please reach out to NCMA@bigelow.org. If you would just like to discuss our data policy and submission of data, please also reach out.

NCMA Datasets

You can find downloadable data tables containing information on growth rates and capabilities and metabolites, among other traits generated by NCMA Curators.
