Q+A:

Q: Is this culture maintained in ~32psu seawater, grows quickly and densely?

A: CCMP426 is maintained in ~32psu(L1-Si). It is reinoculated every 3 weeks and will get dense by 9 weeks. Once you have a healthy culture you may be able to increase the density before 9 weeks.

Q:Are you maintaining it at 20C? If so, do you suspect that it would grow faster at temps between 23 and 26 C?

A:We maintain at 20, yes. I have a max temp range of 26 in the records, should be ok.
